About CARL
Carl and his wife Nancy have lived in Rush for 34 years. They both love our town and have participated with our citizens and at Town Board meetings to keep Rush a great place.
Carl is a Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate of UB. He is a licensed Professional Engineer since 1991 and is employed at a utility firm assessing electric/gas transmission and distribution asset conditions and risk.
Carl brings to our Town Board new and important skills & understanding of the new technological challenges that we currently face in our town.
He has spent 27 years working as a consulting engineer with public and private sector clients, Town Boards and local citizens committees.
Carl designs and manages projects from concept through construction including agency permitting process, design plans and specifications, and cost estimates.
Carl has a smart growth vision for the Town of Rush while maintaining the rural character.
